Hopefully something pithy like "take that!" for surviving, and not "oy vey, here we go again". Blaming entire groups was the fashion of the times in the past and seems to come back every now and then because like Mark Twain wrote, history doesn't always repeat but it usually rhymes. There was lots of laughing at the angry little man at first the other time too.
