Which Sisters Of The Moon Do You Prefer?
Tusk Documentary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tbhr9...om=PL&index=52
or Mirage Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbD4fj39pEk |

Probably Mirage although both are great. Stevie is at her absolute best when a viewer honestly needs to doubt her sanity for a few moments during a performance. I prefer the fiery and flailing type of crazy to the more subdued-- although when Stevie packs a subtle and yet staggering emotional punch in her less explosive performances, they are pure gold.

Mirage, by far.

I can't decide because I love them both for different reasons:
Mirage is great because of the speaking in tongue thing and you can just really see her emotions on her face. Tusk is awesome because of the (fake) audience responses and I like how she sings "does anyone know my name" I wish there was a combo! Absolutely adore this song live. It's killer onstage.

I looove them both....but I"m going to have to say the TUSK doc. There's just something about it.....It's such classic rock.

I like the way Fleetwood Mac sounds better on the 1979 one -- something about Lindsey's guitar tone & amplification -- but I like the way Stevie sang in general in 1982.
So it's twelve of one, & six & a half dozen of another. Neither one of these performances, incidentally, would I consider the best of their respective tours.

I would have to go with the Tusk doc..... I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to the Mirage one--I don't think it's all that sorry

I'd have to say Mirage. That one just tugs at my heart...she's so intense. I'll admit, my eyes were opened recently to the joy of the Tusk version. It's definitely awesome in it's own way, but Mirage kicks @$$!

I don't like the whole sister/brother thing in the Mirage performance......it's odd.... I know, i know....I'm probably the only person who doesn't like that part....
She makes up for it when she collapes on Lindsey at the end... |

While I love both versions, I'm inclined to declare the Mirage one my absolute favorite. So emotional, blisteringly intense, and unforgettable.
