It's SpeculationNation around here (but that's cool)....

Here's mine:

I REALLY think that *Love Minus Zero/No Limit* was the "extra" song, not intended for the double album. Stevie's vocals were never added (I realize that there are other songs without Stevie on the album, BUT this song was originally performed LIVE, by Mick and Lindsey, at the AHI benefit -- the track was probably worked on by the guys and dropped before Stevie even showed up at the studio/house)....

SO, this would leave the following songs as the aformentioned (by Stevie, in a radio interview, officially) *5 songs cut from the album/double album!*:

1 - Not Make Believe - now on the LE version

2 - Gift of Screws - mentioned by Lindsey as being ready
3 - I Am Waiting - " "

and the rumoured Stevie songs:

4 - All The Beautiful Worlds &
5 - Mistaken Love

** Although, those last two COULD BE awful rumours - *whoever* originally leaked that these songs were worked on needs to STEP UP, pronto!!

I will never tire of squawking about the missed opportunity with the great "Space Needle" Therefore, I am certain ( ) it was one of the songs left off. I say off with the head of whomever made this awful decision/ommission

From what I've heard of Lindsey's Gift of Screws tracks, "Twist of Fate" and "Shuffle Riff" clearly have Mick and John playing on them and sound just like FM songs, so presumably they were contenders.

I REALLY wish they would have done "Mistaken Love" on Say You Will- in its original key, with a grand piano foundation.....

Obviously, after listening to Say You Will- there was no chance of that happening....
