He definitely looks better in the video than I usually think he looks during that era, with all the hair, based on still photos. The photos are like "flea motel" for the most part for me, but the video with the smile and flash of charisma coming through is attractive.

Don't you just wish you could go back and time and be there? And...party with them afterwards! I was only 12 then. My sister was 17 at the time, and Fleetwood Mac/Rumours was the soundtrack of her generation.
I will never forget when I became a life-long fan in 1977. Our parents were away and she was having a house party. The "sound system" consisted of a low-fi record player at the top of the stairs. I remember being at the bottom of the stairs, listening to the wails of Stevie during Gold Dust Woman echoing and trailing down. It gave me chills, and made a big impact on me. Like many new Fleetwood Mac fans of the day, they then bought older Fleetwood Mac albums, completely unaware of the band's varied history, only to find out that those albums were not exactly the same band. I inherited the Future Games and Mystery to Me albums from my sister. I was really intrigued by them and found it fun to explore and discover the other albums Kiln House, Penguin and Heroes Are Hard to Find, and trying to make sense of all the different band member configurations. I only got into blues era much later on. My sister never became the huge music enthusiast/collector or obssessive fan that I turned out to be. But back in 1977, it's when it all started for me. By the time I was in high school, Fleetwood Mac wasn't considered as cool to my peer group, so it was my little secret. Essentially I was a Fleetwood Mac closet case! I came out many years later, when they were more accepted! lol
