Then again, I've interpreted songs quite differently from others. I remember laughing my cu off when I heard "Brian Wilson" by the Barenaked Ladies the first few times. Then I had a couple people tell me they thought the song was very sad. To this day, I don't see it.

After picking Christine for Tango, I've almost changed my mind. It really is a toss-up between her and Lindsey.

I was just looking at it from LB's explanation that if the Greek Gods (or whatever) suddenly looked at Earth after a awhile of not looking at Earth, they would think WTF. I sort of equated this to satire of Greek mythology. Thus, the humor. Granted, its LB's sardonic humor - thus your point (I think)

I always interpreted "Red Rover" as another "gotta get away from Stevie/Fleetwood Mac" song.

There may come a day when "acronym" is the only language we need speak around here!

I wish more people were familiar with 'Time,' or at least willing to give it a shot... "Nights In Estoril" is among my Top 5 all-time favorite Christine songs, and (like I said earlier in the thread) 'Time' has my all-time favorite grouping of Christine songs.

I like the way you explained all your choices. Even somewhat swayed me to your way of thinking on the ones where we made different choices! Kudos!
Why thanks... it's always nice to have interesting discussions with people with so much more knowledge than me... but with the same interests!

Fleetwood Mac

Best song: Rhiannon
Best overall: Stevie

Rumours

Best song: Go Your Own Way
Best overall: Lindsey (all were great though)

Tusk

Best song: The Ledge or Save Me A Place
Best overall: Lindsey

Live

Best song: Never Going Back Again
Best overall: Lindsey was always the best live performer imo. He wins this one by miles for me - even with the great version of Rhiannon.

Mirage

Best song: Gypsy
Best overall: Just a really average album. Who cares.

Tango In The Night

Best song: Little Lies
Best overall: Christine

The Dance

Best song: Silver Springs
Best overall: Lindsey (although Stevie comes close on Silver Springs)

Say You Will

Best song: Murrow or Red Rover or Say Goodbye, or Everybody Finds Out
Best overall: Lindsey. He wins simply because Silver Girl remains the most dreary thing I've ever heard Stevie do with the Mac.

Best overall member of Fleetwood Mac... For his playing, production, performing and writing... Mr. Lindsey Buckingham

Rumours is Stevie ( Dreams)
Tusk is Stevie and Lindsey (Angel & Save me a place)
Mirage will be Chris again ( wish you were here)
Tango, Chris again ( Mistyfied, sorry!)
SYW must be Lindsey, ( Say goodbye)

Will
