Talking Bush: OB/GYNs Practice Their Love With Women

On tonight's Countdown, they showed a clip of Bush at a campaign speech today in Missouri. He followed up on mentioning OB/GYNs in his convention speech by saying the following:

"Too many good docs are getting out of the business," he told the Labor Day rally. "Too many OB/GYN's aren't able to practice their love with women all across the country."

Keith showed the clip twice! It was so hysterically funny. At the end, for those of you who missed it, he took off his glasses and put his finger in his ear like he was trying to clear his ears to make sure that's what he heard Shrubbie say. I love Countdown and I love Keith Olbermann-he's one of the good guys for sure.

I still can't believe the American people don't realize how stupid this president truly is. He cannot go off script two seconds without f'ing up. No wonder his handlers don't want him to debate Kerry! How he ever made it through the last round of debates four years ago is beyond me. I still highly suspect they had an earplug in his ear attached to Karl Rove who was somewhere sending him the "answers".

I posted this last night to make sure that word got out. As much as I love Countdown (and all of Keith's Homer Simpson non-sequitirs), it seems not too many people watch it.

Thankfully, this morning, I've seen the vidclip on 3 or 4 different shows. I even caught part of it on Good Day Live, where they replayed the clip and slow-mo'ed the end to watch the reaction of the "clapping heads" behind him.

Priceless!
