Jake - this is in honor of your screen name

I love to waltz with a man in a pin stripped suit
He's all alone - got spats on for shoes
Looks like he's from a time gone by -- turned to Jersey
He could be Guido or even Tony Soprano
You could be paying him protection money ...
Or you could be dead

You pay the part, what the Man says - you must do
And they just may do it so well as they do it to you!
In this town full of Guidos
Hey - those guys ain't no fools

The guns seem to glitter when they are fired at you
When we are waltzing through a job
We always remind them we are the mob

Lose yourself in a cement dress
For you thought you could get away with paying off one but not the rest
And now you can't breath because you are on your way the riverbed

Either you pay off Guido or even Tony SSAAAPPRRAAAAAANNNOOOO...
Or you could you could be dead

And in honor of your screen name...

Just like the Wildwood dune
Stings your eyes feels like they're stinging
You's you's you's

And the chicks bounce by
Like a strand of butt floss
In beach chair that is hotel's
I wear white nose balm
Said to my bro
What's with our back hair?
We were no more
Than brillo pads
Well we wore gold medallions
Over our man-boobs
From the moment that I first got Home Shoppers Network
Called on my cell phone
Near old run-down pier

Just like the Wildwood dune
Stings your eyes feels like they're stinging
You's you's you's

Well I swam today
Maybe I will swim again tomorrow
Well the ocean feel
It was whale-ingly familiar
And I smell pollution
The pollution gets on me
With another beach closing
One more warning from EPA
and an infection
Nothing will cure me

Just like the Wildwood dune
Stings your eyes feels like they're stinging
You's you's you's

The crowds never expect it
When I wax
But my skin changes textures
But my appeal does not change
So with hefty cheeks wedged in Speedo
I squirm forth with hormonal desire to woo
By the old run-down pier

Aaaaaaalllllllsssssss.....

Just like the Wildwood dune
Stings your eyes feels like they're stinging
You's you's you's

Well then suddenly there was noone else coming to the beach
Yeah yeah
In a flash of belly
That noone would want to emerge at all
Oh I went searching for a hoagie
Up the stairs and down the boards
Not to find a hoagie
Just to hear the cry of little kids, calling
"Go away! Go away!"

Just like the Wildwood dune
Stings your eyes feels like they're stinging
You's you's you's

Well, I'm at pool hall in the morning
And I'm at casino at nightfall
Sometimes to be macho
Is to be unable to score
At all
I'm a few inches wider
Than my clothes

Just like the Wildwood dune
Stings your eyes feels like they're stinging
You's you's you's

- Jake

Question

Anybody know anything about the Louisville, KY date that was floated around in the other thread about upcoming dates? Louisville is much closer to me than Cincy, and I'd hate to plunk down cash for Cincy tickets and then later find out the Louisville date was confirmed. Anyone have any insight?

(And, oh yeah, this is my first post after much lurking, so please be gentle )

Thanks!

What's next? The local Holiday Inn? Geez...Do they need the money THAT much?
Well I don't know if Stevie needs to tour that much...she doesn't have to bring up babies......after all her tour made around $20,000,000 in the four months that she was on the road, BUT Mick and Lindsey do, to bolster the retirement fund... Mick and Lynn want to bring up their babies in Hawaii and you can't do that on a state pension......not only that Lynn apparently has a fettish for remodelling......as for Lindsey and Kristin well hell knows but whatever they do.......it all costs MONEY, and there will come a time when the royalties will dry up. Tours can make you a ****load of money and well lets go to wherever there is a crowd that are willing to pay.......should they tour Britain, LMAO!!perhaps they will play a couple of WI gatherings, and have refreshments of fresh scones with jam and cream.
