Default Ken Caillat's framed and plated "Rumours" is on eBay

I saw this on eBay and sent Ken a facebook message.

He said, "Thanks for finding this. It was mine, and I never sold it, but it did loan some of my gold records to friends and family. It looks legit. Apparenlty one of my friends has decided to sell it or it was stolen from them. It says the seller is in Carson City. I would appreciate any help on this.
Thank you
Ken"

So... I'm in Canada and don't know the eBay seller, so I was thinking somebody here would be able to help in some sort of way.

Email Ken at:

KCaillat@aol.com

Or take it upon yourself to email the seller with that email saying "KEN WANTS HIS RECORD BACK!"

Maybe he should ask OJ to get it back for him.

The seller closed that auction and relisted it for $25,000

Even one presented to Stevie herself wouldn't get that much money. The seller is probably a Ledgie and found out Ken is interested in getting it back and thinks he'll fork over the money!

This is shocking.

Surely if Ken contacts ebay to say that he does not permit the sale of is own property they will force the seller to remove the listing? He can prove that it's his because it's such a rare item. I would have thought that he just needs to tell them that this seller came by the item in some underhanded way (careful not to say outright theft) and ebay will not let it be sold? It makes them look bad as a compnay to allow stolen goods (which is what this boils down to) be sold on their site.

Once it's taken off ebay Ken might be able to do something about getting iback from the seller. I very much doubt ebay would give the seller's contact details but at least they could be stopped from putting it on ebay ever again!

"They're exactly like they used to be!"

This really sucks, hope it gets resolved.

I sent a quick note to the seller. This irked me and I really felt for Ken, since he had been so generous. This was the response:

"Thank you. We are in touch with Ken and have made arrangements to return this item to him. The high price is to prevent anyone else from buying it and reserving it for Ken.
Gi$"

Hopefully that means that it has been resolved!
