After reading the reviews, I have to comment on a portion of some of the text...
I am really tired of people making fun of people who use teleprompters. I'm a professional teleprompter operator for the corporate, political and concert circuit - and I say thank God for singers over 50 - because they all use 'em - and it pays my mortgage.... so what if they have stage direction on it - at least we don't have a world leader that needs to have the words phonetically spelled out anymore....

So sing away Stevie... cuz before prompters, I remember seeing her on the Wild Heart tour and she forgot the words to Sara and made a comment that she should know the words by now -
Now, she has one less thing to worry about - and at the same time, giving someone a paycheck....

I agree. She's been using them for a long time, so it's not a sign of old age and she doesn't seem dependent upon them. I never catch her eyes looking down while she's singing. I guess she does, but she must do it smoothly. If the writer hadn't been sitting to the side, they never would have seen the teleprompter, so why write about it as if it somehow altered the concert experience?

I think it's annoying. Conversely, I think the criticism that's been leveled by us, that Stevie spends too much time fiddling with her audio box is MUCH more relevant to the show.

OMG yes, I love her look of shock there for a moment ...like OMG, the mic stand is falling, whoops! (smile). WOW. Thank you hartsfelder for capturing that moment.
