I think all 3 writers were equally incredible White album through Tusk.
If I had to choose I would say Rumours is the most consistent for all 3, but I do love me some Tusk. The Rumours songs, while not as daring as the ones on Tusk, are as perfectly crafted as Pop Rock can possibly get. |

Whilst Stevie's Tusk songs are her best overall, her vocals on Mirage are flawless.

That's very true. I love pretty much all the phases of her voice up until after Wild Heart but Bella Donna/Mirage MIGHT be my favorite. That or White Album.
