Exclamation Soundstage review/Play by Play/Spoilers

Thus far LB has performed "Someone's Gotta Change Your Mind" (With the white Strat), "Trouble" (Sounded great to my ears) & just started "Big Love"...

This looks great in the widescreen format and for ya Ledgies who were sitting close to the stage there is PLENTY of audience shots from overhead, And very clear shots at that...

Exclamation Stupid server...

keeps booting me offline...

LB has played "Down on Rodeo", "Peaceeeper" (Which has the backing vocals towards the end is that are from the SYW version since Stevie's voice is heard).

He just played "Red Rover" (The red stage lights set the mood) & he just introduced Stevie and has started on "Never Going Back Again".

Exclamation "Those were very good...

two part harmonies we did"-Lindsey to Stevie after Stevie's lil' impromptu vocal of a classic "Buckingham/Nicks" track...

Exclamation Dumb slow server...

is causing my delay...

Stevie & Linds played "Say Goodbye"...He is now playing "Murrow", I dont know...Maybe he is using "Murrow" as this show's "I'm So Afraid" with the guitar tone he used for the solo.

"Go Your Own Way" sounds rather strange to me in this setting...Maybe its just my ears from hearing it so many times from the SYW tour shows, Who knows

Only 54 minutes...Way to short IMHO!!!

I'm having visions of Lindsey sitting in the editing room going "Who IS that girl bused in from the Special Olympics flapping around because of the Frozen Love bit?"

Yeah.

Hilariously, I did the exact same thing in the privacy of my own room upon realizing they didn't edit that bit out. It was amazing- by far the highlights for me were Trouble, SGCYM, and Down on Rodeo. Fantastic. I can't wait for everyone to see this.

I saw a brief shot of the Welsh Witch, Patty!

I am shocked there are not more replies to this thread. The Frozen Love bit was adorable and unexpected and I love Lindsey's candid, relaxed smile.

Favorites....Trouble, SGCYM, Murrow and Down on Rodeo. Maybe after more people have seen it, we can discuss DoR? It sounded like it had alot of harmony added in the background to me. It couldnt have sounded like that live, did it? It sounded GREAT! Murrow sounded awesome as well, there was something about the way he was singing, maybe it was more clearly than the album, but it rocked!

Oh yeah, it looks as if I am right near Stevie from what I could see. LOL

The Ledge was down most of the night that is why there are not too many replies.

DOR sounded as if SN was singing on at least to me. I also made some other observations about the show.

Allright, just a few first questions that come to mind:
- backing band? Who, how many guitarists, backing vocals.. anyone we know already etcetera
- arrangements of the songs? Anything new or completely different? Well, I read a bit about that already. But I want more
- best and worst? Over all, was it brilliant, godawful, mediocre.. what?
- What was he wearing?

Brett Tuggle, Taku and Neal Haywood were there.

I can't really tell overall about the show because reception was not the best.

LB had on white t-shirt, black leather jacket and black jeans.
