I think it's so cool that: This fall Lindsey Buckingham will head out on a North American Tour in support of his Solo Anthology. The tour kicks off at Revolution Hall in Portland, OR on October 7th, with highlights along the way, including LA's Orpheum Theatre and Town Hall in New York. Tickets will be on sale from Friday, August 17th.
Every ticket purchased online for the Lindsey Buckingham tour includes a CD or digital copy of the new Anthology.* Fans will receive instructions via email on how to redeem their album after ticket purchase.
*Dates not included in the ticket bundle.

My big question is about the *. I don't really see any dates with a * anywhere.

That's what I get for spending the day canning and pickling, not finding out about this till just only now!

OMG I am soo happy! I am choked up at this song list, what an awesome anthology.
Riches! I hope Lindsey himself is super proud of his volume of work!
I'll be getting the cd version for sure

Ah what a good day.

note that there are several venues that are already on sale today - together with m&gs and all other types of tickets. those are mostly the ones that are through venue sites, and not through TM or ticketfly. so go to LB's website, and check your local venue or venue you are interested in because you may be able to buy already.

and PLEASE do not be fooled by scalper sites. almost all dates are on either Ticketmaster, ticketfly, or local venue. go to LB website if you are unsure and click through from there. scroll down, all the dates are there and clickable although some not available yet https://rhino.warnermusic.com/lbsite/ .

i had several people crying to me how expensive tix are and then linking me to scalper sites.

all regular tickets are below $100.

VIPs are $200.

VIP M&G are $300.

if you are getting prices over $300 you are almost certainly looking at the scalper site.

Awesome! Stoked that he’s kicking it off in Portland in a Saturday!

Something is wrong with the Bandsintown app though and it’s not letting me buy a ticket...

So of course I’ll be out of town when LB is right down the street in DC. Thankfully he’ll be back in southern PA at the end of Nov so I’ll see him in York! If I could pick ONE song I want to see him perform: Countdown!

Shall we assume his set list will likely be filled with songs from this track listing?

soooo bummed...... I'm on the west coast but of course the dates he's anywhere on the west coast I will be stuck on the east coast and midwest for work.... and as soon as I leave Chicago and head back to the west coast, he'll be playing there..........

it's like the universe is stacked against me on this one........

Such a generous array of tracks in this Anthology!

There's one or two tweaks I would make (yes--"the man got it Wrong!"), but it's 90% on the money I think.

No complaints here about the limited contribution from Law & Order.

Very interested about the mention of 'alternate versions' in the Rolling Stone article, unless that just refers to the apparent 'remastering' of every single track. After all, if Lindsey's such a studio perfectionist, wouldn't the original versions of the songs be his favorite versions?

It's a bit nerve-racking to speculate on what the tracklist for the 'single CD' will be. I hope that he/they don't fall into the trap of putting in too many OOTC tracks (yes OOTC is full of great tracks, but we don't need another copy of it)!
Street Of Dreams
Soul Drifter
Show You How
Shut Us Down
Slow Dancing
Five S songs in a row!!
