I was actually supposed to fly out there last year to watch but it fell through. Let me know who's riding in the big jumper stuff and also the good names in the higher hunters! I think a trainer I know pretty well (John French, world hunter champion 2000-something) might be riding in the regular working's and any possible derbys.

I hope this thing doesn't get canceled because of Danny, and I don't mean Kirwan! But if it goes on as planned... it will give new meaning to "Always Been a Storm."

Ramona would be too much of a spazz. I think they'd rather be burying their faces into Bethenny's bolted-on pontoons.

I'm sure he's game. I like Simon and Alex though. I have a lot of respect for him because he treats her so well. And the man knows how to shop.

Bethenny has said she has had an...ahem, breast lift. Anyhoo, she posted a picture of herself bartending with Andy Roddick (hot) tonight on Twitter so I'm sure the girls will be there. I just hope they're shooting.

Soundstage on Palladia
In case you can't make it to the event, you can watch FM Soundstage tonight on Palladia at 6pm est.
Other info on the Huggy Bear WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES Ask most brokers about business and you'll probably hear something like this: "We're seeing green shoots—verdant little signs of life that the market is recovering." There's also anecdotal evidence of a pickup in current demand from clients. Take the case of developer Jay Furman, who, two years ago, purchased and since rebuilt the Water Mill retreat of Wall Street tycoon Ted Forstmann. The estate was known for hosting the annual Huggy Bear Invitational, where charity viewers could watch tennis pros take down friends and neighbors. The new owners rebuilt the original estate and fashioned it into a stunning new residence. Mrs. Furman was most anxious to move in and begin entertaining. "Not so fast," said her husband, "We're not moving until we sell our existing house." Their home had lingered on last year's market for some time. This season, it sold in a wink. After a year of no lookers and no takers, everything changed. The new buyers wanted immediate occupancy. Champagne flutes are now being filled at Chez Furman. And it looks as if they will be inviting the Huggy Bear crowd to return this year, as well. Last edited by CADreaming; 08-29-2009 at 01:56 PM.. |
