Additional personnel: Sheryl Crow, Christine McVie, Jamie Muhoberac, Dave Palmer, John Pierce, John Shanks.

I think I can shed some light on some of the above people.

We know Sheryl Crow played keyboards on a tune or two and possibly some additonal backing/harmony vocals. Christine's vocal/keyboard contributions are left over from the Gift of Screws sessions. Dave Palmer is the piano player in the Earl Harvin Trio. This is a jazz band. He did some keyboard work during the Gift of Screws sessions as well. John Pierce is a long time LA session bass player. Most recently he has been the bass player in Huey Lewis & the news. I would assume he is the bass player that Lindsey worked with before they brought John into the GOS sessions. Lindsey is the multi-tracking king and saves everyting so there is probably a bass part in some song he liked and chose to keep. Jamie Muhoberac is the long time keyboard player in Bob Seger's Silver Bullet Band. I do not know when he would have laid down any tracks.

John Shanks and Rob Cavallo will be given additonal production credits but not album producer credits. Cavallo's work stems from stuff left over from the original gift of screws stuff. Shanks I am sure was brought in by the band to lend some pop sensiblities to tracks for single consideration.

Again all of these people were either from a time period outside of the 17 months of recording in the house or were small contributors. The core group of the 4 band memebers and Ray Lindsey were the people in the house for the majority of the recording process.
