It's always nice to read some Christine interviews! She seems so down to earth and modest, way too modest at times. How can she even doubt she's any good? She's been a musician for more than 35 years.

Well, they were bread pudding souffles. One of the servers dropped a huge pan full of stuff as I was removing them from the oven. Mind you, there were like 20 individual servings in individual dishes. Well, almost all fell right there and then. So, I served mostly flat souffles with a ton of the bourbon creme sauce Needless to say, I made sure lots of liquor was served before and after desert
