I think they were wasted? LOL And not doing an official show - the guy who sent it to me said this:

"It's pretty awesome - my friend was there and hanging out with them - Will and others who did FM covers all night."

I love okkervil river and I think they were wasted and I totally loved this version. They totally crashed it. but with the right energy. I don't know, I kinda enjoy this kind of butch-ups. Thanks livia! Cool find!
