Default From Reading This Board.....

I have come to know as fact:

Say You Will is a bomb that won't even chart in the top 200 due to the following reasons:

Fleetwood Mac had the gual to make an album 76 minutes long.

Stevie Nicks wrote a song about her good friend Sheryl Crow.

Lindsey Buckingham sang part of a song off key and played the opening notes wrong.

Not every critic thinks it is the greatest album ever made.

Wish they never would have gave the world any new music, huh?

Just my attempt at some sarcasm

Enjoy the album, I know I am.....

prophets are never accepted in their hometowns...

things I've learned about the new album

1) I really like Lindsey's stuff though everyone else I've played the album for says his songs sound like Fleetwood Mac...duh producer!!

2) Stevie's still got it!!! But it's very funny how critics used to say her lyrics were too artsy, and unclear and so she apparently took some of that critique to heart, and her lyrics are now considered self-absorbed and self-indulgent.

3) John's sober so he doesn't talk much but he still has his wicked sense of humor and still plays a mean bass.

4) Mick really needs $$$ to put the twins thru college. and since I brought my concert tickets those girls better make straight A's. I also found out that he wear those wooden balls everytime he plays so now I find myself listening for "clacks" all thru the album.

Wink Things I already knew...

I don't give a rat's patoot what anyone thinks of the album because I frickin LOVE it!!

It will not BOMB...it's Fleetwood Mac...if Mirage (and from what I hear, Time) can withstand critics and non-fans bashing it, SYW can too.

If those fans in NYC are ANY indication, this tour is gonna give Mick the $$$ he needs for his kids' egee-ca-shun.

LINDSEY RULES!!!!!

Talking Well...

I have never CARED what anyone else thought musically of a new release...And I never CARED for ignorant music critics, Their opinions have never mattered to me, I decide to myself if an album is great or poor...Not by reading a review or an opinion!!!
