Default Covers of The Chain

Kylie Minogue performs Can't Get You Out Of My Head / The Chain at Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park. Sep 10, 2018

She doesn't exactly perform it--her band plays the second half of The Chain while she does a wardrobe change or something (watch from 4:28). But it's mashed up with the dark reworking of her song 'Can't Get You Outta My Head' that precedes it.

A bit bizarre---but then so was the Ellen performance.

This was kind of fun.

My favorite cover of The Chain is this one:

Saw these guys last night - what a great show. She shook hands with just about everyone on the floor. Well worth it.

Another cover of "The Chain" is the new Fleetwood Mac covering "The Chain" on Ellen.

Sorry--I couldn't help myself.

Lindsey and Stevie both cover The Chain on their solo tours. Lindsey's is in that 2nd try thread. the only tour where he covered it was OOTC tour. after that tour he had way too much his new solo material to showcase so guess didn't care to do it anymore.

Little Big Town i understand is regularly covering The Chain at their live shows (or used to). and they did those 2 fabulous versions with Lindsey for Crossroads - the acoustic one backstage, and then electric one with big guitar solo during the actual show.

I rather liked Faster Tiger's version from the Patron Saints Of Pop tribute album.

There’s a lot to love on that album.

Three 2000's rock bands covered the chain with varying degrees of success

Tantric (post-grunge style, not a fan personally)

Taking Dawn (a faithful cover if not too terribly interesting)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yesz4VU20wM

Three Days Grace (if you need the angst kickstarted by 100. Honestly not bad).

Shawn Colvin also recorded a super chill version:
