Default Jewel Eyed Judy on Vinyl

HBO's new series about the record industry in the early 70's has music of the time interspersed throughout the episodes. On episode nine which just aired this week, Danny Kirwans song is prominent in a scene. I hope he gets something for this!

JEJ is one of my favorite MAC/kirwan songs.

I wish I could see that series... hopefully sometime. I'm sure all the Stones were aware of Danny's guitar prowess; wasn't he even mentioned as a candidate after Mick Taylor left (disaster though that might have been)?

this is news for me, becca - never heard of that before. but anyroad, you're completely right: a fragile soul like him would never have fitted into that lot. even mick t. has gone to rack and ruin this way and had a hard time to recover.
