SO THAT'S the single they were talking about. Not a Fleetwood Mac single like was previously posted here.

Has it played?

I rarely hear Lindsey's voice. I was surprised when I heard him on "When Ruby Falls," because when he is doing background vocals (outside of FM), I don't often hear his voice.

I might not know what the dude sounds like.

The Morton Report, Reviews by Al Kooper

http://www.themortonreport.com/enter...-rae-and-more/

1. “Run” — Delta Rae (2:32)

This has everything: three siblings, two women (think Fleetwood Mac), a lotta guys, and catchy original music (think Fleetwood Mac). Kinda like the young Fleetwood Mac of today. Lindsey Buckingham guests on the brand new album just out called After It All. This particular tune is my favorite Mac track — oops! — Delta Rae track.

I wondered which track Lindsey guested on. I was hoping I'd find out without having to actually buy the entire album.

just that one that was a single a year or 2 ago. "if i loved you" or something like that. remember he recorded that while at Cavallo's dinner and they added it in.

[If I had a friend who knew Lindsey, I could get him to play on my next album. From an article about Delta Rae]

The Intelligencer , July 23, 2015 12:15 am By ED CONDRAN Correspondent

http://www.theintell.com/life-style/...04a6157fb.html

stars aligned two years ago when Delta Rae was working with producer Rob Cavallo.

“Rob was helping with our EP (2013’s 'Chasing Twisters') and he mentioned that he was friends with (Fleetwood Mac guitarist) Lindsey Buckingham. He just casually said, ‘Lindsey came over for dinner last night and he asked me what I was working on.’ Rob played what we were working on and Lindsey asked Rob, ‘Who are these kids,’ and he listened and bobbed his head to the music.”

Buckingham picked up his 12-string guitar and played along with the rough cuts of Delta Rae at Cavallo’s house. Cavallo asked if he could record Buckingham’s guitar part and the iconic singer-songwriter issued his approval.

“We couldn’t have been more excited,” Hopkins says. “Talk about incredible luck. We didn’t get to see Lindsey in a studio but he played on our song and that was just amazing.”
