Yes, didn't I tell you I'll be appearing on billboards across the country spreading that very message?

I don't like McDinalds fries that much. They're kinda bland. Burger King is better.

#1 - Taco Cabana - damn good fajita plate and their salsa and tortillas are to die for! And most of 'em are open 24 hours. But the drive-thru at 2 AM is horrendous. I think they're only in Texas....

I love Arby's-I always get the beef 'n' cheddar combo w/ homestyle fries (the best fast food fries, imo). Mmmmm, Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce mixed together (drool).

McDonald's - I don't go there often, only like twice a year, but I always get the 1/4 pounder w/ cheese, which appears to have shrunk over the years?? Anyway, I prefer...

Burger King. Who can resist a Whopper w/ cheese?

Schlotzsky's - pastrami on rye. Yum. They need to add baked chips to the menu.

As for Wendy's and Jack in the Box - they both have yummy salads. I can't stand Wendy's burgers, but I do like their .99 cent menu - side salads and baked potato. And they're super fast!

Pizza - only Austin's Pizza will do. The Mediterranean is my fave. Expensive, but I'm worth it.

Thumbs up Well...

I only like about 3 fast food restaurants:

Arby's-Love anything/everything on the menu!!!

Subway-Love the 'Cold Cut Combo" & "Meatball" subs...

Taco Mayo-Hella better than "Toxic Hell" and very inexpensive!!

(Kinda ironic but last week when Debbie was discharged from the hospital to be admitted to a skill center to do rehab, We stopped at the drive-thru at Taco Mayo on the way...As we was waiting on our order KRXO 107.7FM played "Landslide" from the soon-to-be-released 'Reissue' of the "Fleetwood Mac" album, They even mentioned it as such!!!)

OMG - Brian J. - I LOVE Subway - esp. their new spiced breads and sauces - their meatball sandwhich is the best!!!! I, too, like Arby's but it is not my fav. Actually, Taco Bell (hell) is my fav. at 3:00 a.m. when I am coming home from going out. I have been known in my fat days to spend $10.00 at the drive through!!!! Sadly, I cannot do that anymore - but I sure as hell miss it!!!!

Also - kudos and congrats to Debbie for getting out and making it this far!!!!!! All of our thoughts are with you all!!! Apparently, on some level - so are Stevie's so that you got that Landslide karma

I forgot to mention Sonic. And how well Absolut Mandarin mixes w/ a cherry limeade.

I also like their burgers, fries, foot-long chili dogs and tater tots.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie "worked" at a Sonic on the Simple Life. Remember, they changed the marquee and made it say something like, "Anal Weiner Burgers?"

Sonic is great, I am addicted to their foot-long chili dogs & tater tots...Can't wait for the Sonic in this hellhole town to reopen. There are only 2 fast-food restaurants- Sonic & Pizza Hut (Nasty ass pizza too!!!) But as the saying here in Okla. goes "Every lil' piss-ant town has a Sonic"

It is really cool how Oklahoma City based companies liked Arby's, Taco Mayo & Sonic have great food!!!

I haven't been to Taco Cabana since the year I moved to Austin - the one at Lamar south of the bridge.

I hate the Schlotzky's bread. A dry sponge, but mushier. And the salads are just as bad.

That's the Taco Cabana I usually go to at lunch time - I work close by - Mopac and Rollingwood. And it's fun to drive thru Zilker Park on a nice day.

I agree on the Schlotzsky's bread- that's why I get the pastrami on rye - it's not as spongy as the white bread or sourdough, whatever that crap is.

That TC has bad traffic, though.

I didn't know Schlotzky's offers other kinds of bread. Good to know.

I haven't heard of alot of these places! LOL

I love Taco Bell probably the most. I like their chalupas.

I also love Wendy's jr bacon cheeseburgers.

Thats basically all I ever get if I get fast food, I really try to stay away! I eat alot of DOMINOS since I work there...chicken kickers are yummy.
