why? you won't believe any of it anyway.

I guess everyone will believe what they want to believe but do people really think that Stevie wanted Lindsey fired only because of smirking and criticizing choice of Rhiannon? And there isn’t more to the story, including possibility that Lindsey is not addressing anything he did to contribute to the situation? This quick rush to think that this interview confirms anything is odd to me.

She wants to be HAPPY, and will knock the teeth out of anything that challenges her/doesn't suck up to her.

What a POS she became.

But I still can't get over the way it was handled. My sympathy is minimal...
And yet Lindsey is the one who stood on stage at Music Cares and mocked her (yet again) while she spoke. Not to mention he is the one who started and is perpetuating this campaign of hatred. He'd been acting like an a$$ for months before Music Cares and I'm sure we haven't even gotten to what the kicker was from that event for his ouster. He is most certainly aware that by airing their dirty laundry this way that he has ruined the experience for many, many fans all the while talking out of the other side of his mouth about preserving the band's legacy. His own wife called him a pr!ck in the Rolling Stone interview. He sounded great on Kimmel and I didn't want to say it then but he looks off. He has that same look in the photos I have seen from the meet and greet. I do wonder if there is a health issue. I hope his friends and family keep a close eye on him while he is touring and I hope it all works out for him. Whomever is managing/advising him would be wise to keep him off the Howard Stern Show. I'm worried he'll be taken advantage of.

There is a way more to this. I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach about this whole thing.

uh, look again dear, the WHOLE band -- ALL 4 OF THEM -- were mocking her during the speech. Maybe they should all be fired??

Campaign of hate?? How about campaign of telling the truth, versus the pile of dog poo she and Mick have been perpetuating??

One thing you are right about. She should have been completely honest on why they canned him.

Yes. Only the most benign of reasons were given. He acted like a complete and total ass on the red carpet at Music Cares. And if she was pissed at Mick and Chris then she would have left the band.
