You Weren't In Love With Me's Popularity

I was trying to find some instrumentals of the song last night on YouTube. Obviously the song is famous because it was a huge hit in Australia but I was surprised how many versions of Mick's version from The Visitor were posted. Is it because the original by Billy Fields was so huge?
