Default At the Grammy's Fleetwood Mac will perform...

...uhm...I dont know. I dont even know if they will perform.

If they do, which song would you want them to perform?

I'm hoping they dont do Peacekeeper or Say You Will. I'd rather them do a song that has more energy.

I'm gonna go with Miranda.

Isnt the band going to be down under when the Grammy's are happening?

If not... my pick:

Default When are the Grammy's anyways?

Hmmm, I'm not sure. The last time they were at the Grammys they did Rhiannon GYOW and Don't Stop, so they definatly wouldn't do those (if they even performed). I think that Destiny Rules is a good choice, and then Tusk.

Usually the Grammies are at or near the end of Feb, so unless they do like a live satelite from Australia to the show, I think the chances of them being there are pretty slim.

Default Perform?

Correct me I'm wrong on this one...but I think the only people that perform are people up for Grammies....and I dont think the big Mac is getting any nominations for this album. Don't get me wrong, I love Say You Will, but I don't see it happening.

theyve had ppl perform that werent up for grammies ..Billy Joel performed in 2001.....he wasnt up for a Grammy....and they might very well get nominated...looked at all those Grammy's Steely Dan won...i had no idea who they even were and im like HUH? (of course i do know now)..plus if Stevie can get a nomination for TISL the mac has a great chance..

The Grammy's have been moved this year to early February so they will not coincide with the Oscar's which will be earlier than usual this year...so IF the mac is nominated they will be able to attend/perform....since they dont go to Australia till like Feb 16 and the Grammies will be Feb 6 i think

That's interesting. I wonder if them taking January off and the beginning of Feb was part of the planning of the tour in case of Grammy nom's. I'm sure they have to take it into consideration, if there is any buzz in the industry that it's more than possible. I mean they all have said there are huge egos floating around.

Let's wait... Hope... And see.

Cool And the winner is...........

I'd love to see them do "Beautiful Child". But given the fact that SYW will be up for a grammy I think it'd be more appropriate for them to do something from that record. So with that in mind, I'd think they'd opt for one song this time(which is what they wanted to do on the '98 grammies) and go with "Say Goodbye". It's a number Lindsey and Stevie both partake on and one they know from the tour. Please God don't let them do "Peacekeeper" or "SYW". We all know those songs do not come off well on television. Anyway, that's what I'm thinking and hoping for.

And who knows, if they are in Australia, perhaps the wrong visas will get them pulled off the stage and sent home in time for the Grammys.
I'd love to hear RTTG or Goodbye Baby with Second Hand News, but I could imagine them doing something lame like WTWCT.

Red face F Mac Grammy Nomination...

Say Goodbye... would be a good,
harmonious tune from The Album!
They did 5 minutes from three songs
at the 1998 Grammy's and I was MAD
they did not win! L & S were crying!
