Default If You Could Have One Video From Each Tour

If you could have ONE video from each tour, what would it be?

1974: Anything from this year would be most welcome

1975: Carbondale IL (I'm a sucker for old Fleetwood Mac on outdoor stages)

1976: Day on the Green, Oakland CA

1977: Toronto July 4 concert (Fleetwood Mac & fireworks in an outdoor stadium)

1978: Dallas Cotton Bowl (with Bob Welch)

1979: Los Angeles (with the USC Trojans)

1980: Hollywood Bowl

1981: Houston (very first Stevie Nicks solo concert)

1982: Irvine Meadows

1983: Los Angeles (oh God, to have this on video)

1984: Universal in Los Angeles (Mick in audience)

1986: Jones Beach (outdoors in the rain with an amazing performance)

1987: Meadowlands (need at least one Mac concert video from the legendary venue)

1988: Birmingham England

1989: Sacramento (first show back after earthquake)

1990: Perth or Sydney (early in tour from Down Under)

1991: Nothing -- I don't want anything from this tour

1993: San Diego (little club with a lot of energy)

1994: Las Vegas (Stevie) & I don't care which (Fleetwood Mac)

After that, I don't care.

And we wonder why Chris has gone into hiding and refuses to tour!

Better than throwing a pineapple at her, though!

I don't have one for each tour, but here's a couple:

Melbourne 1980 - the one where LB acts like a wack-job.

Buffalo 2003 & Hershey 2004 - mainly since I was there.

Buffalo 1997 The Dance - I was there, plus Stevie was spinning around during Rhiannon & forgot to get to the mike - very funny, I'd love to see it again. I also seem to recall her wearing red boots & I want to see if I made that up in my mind or what. Oh, plus it was a great show!

Atlantic City 1997 - Stevie breaks down & LB finishes SS.

Milwaukee 1976 - Silver Springs live, baby!

South Orange 1975 - Frozen Love live, baby!

NYC 1983 - Stevie with Petty as a guest

Oklahoma(?) 1983 - B&tB with full orchestra

Alpine Valley 1982 - one of my fave boots ever, I'd love to see this on vid. As a matter of fact, I'll take Us Fest 1982 & Memphis 82 while I'm at it!

I was at all of these shows too. I agree that I would like to have them on video. I know that now they record all of the shows. They could offer it to the fans for a 'reasonable" amount.

I would love to have Lindsey's performance at the Paradise club in Boston on video. Yep, I was there.

I really don't know what shows I would like. I guess a show that I went to or one where something really unusual happened.

I agree with this choice! I would love to see this on video. I wonder if the band recorded the shows back then? Hmm a future Q and A question to ask.

Oh, yeah ... wasn't that the Meadowlands show in June ... June 24th? The whole orchestra was there. Was Paul Buckmaster conducting?

AND ... was Diana Ross really in the wings?

In other news, we know that ET had cameras filming the Sept. 25, 1983, benefit in Tempe. So where is that footage? There's just a smidge of it on the old Entertainment Tonight interview Stevie did with Dixie Reed. I wish one of you torrent people would find this stuff instead of just sitting around & smoking dried seaweed!!

Hmm, I just wonder what happened to the video and will we as fans ever see it?

I talked to a married couple post-show/backstage at the Dallas 2004 show who claimed to have Buckingham/Nicks video footage from a live performance in CA somewheres about late 1973...Now if their claims were true that would one of the holy grail videos of the world of Fleetwood Mac.

As for other videos, I know there's a few 'rarities' that are out there...But collector's (Not traders) are holding these videos close to their vest, and will only share 'em when the time is right and ONLY when the $$$$ talks cause the BS will walk.

of "Beauty & the Beast" with full orchestra from the June 24,1983-East Rutherford, NJ show? I recall that being a great show (I transferred a lossless copy from audio cassette to cd recently.)

The OKC 1983 would be great just to see the stage get annihilated by the crowd (OKC has a reputation/history of having absolute mayhem break out at concerts!)

What is it with the lack of Good Wild Heart shows. I have next to nothing of this tour. I've heard from David and others how great this tour was, but there's just no good bootleg out there. There's lots of the BD, RAL, and Street Angel tours, but no Wild Heart bootlegs. I have the Radio City Music Hall featuring Tom Petty, but I really don't think even that is that great. Why wasn;t there a Wild Heart tour video.

I think there are alot of great WH bootlegs out there. Some of my favorites are:
Philadelphia, PA 6/27/83
Buffalo, NY 7/2/83 *** Love this show!!
Austin, TX 8/31/83
Dallas, TX 9/5/83 *** Another great show!
Ames, IA 11/20/83
