Default Is Don Henley really on this demo?

Is Don Henley really singing background vocals on this? Some people have said so, but I can't hear him. There's two places where it MAYBE sounds like he MIGHT be there but I don't know... seems like if he were really on this you'd be able to make him out more. Opinions?

There are more takes of this and I haven't listened to this particular one yet today but I recall I do think I can hear him low in the mix in a few places.

I can barely even pick him out on "Reconsider Me" so yeah, he tends to blend in.

Really? I can hear him easily on that.

The only places I think I might be able to hear him are the "And the days go by..." bits. I wonder if that's all he appears on? Unless there are other parts people think they hear him?

I'll have to listen again. I forgot how much I love this. I do think I can hear him on "And the days go by..."

I still prefer Louise Goffin's take on this song over Stevie's....always have!

Haven't heard this one, it's not on YouTube. Curious though, have a link?

I listened to it in the car and yeah, I do think he actually is on those parts. JMHO though.
