Default Survivor: Members Of Fleetwood Mac - Round 10

Round 9 Results -- BURNETTE VOTED OFF BUT GIVEN IMMUNITY!!!!! STEVIE NICKS OUT BY DEFAULT!!!!!

A MAJOR UPSET!!! Steve MacDougall (SteveMacD) correctly answered the question about Cal Jam 2 & awarded Billy Burnette immunity!! Billy was on his way out, but a sharp ledgie SAVED HIM!! See?! THAT'S how immunity is supposed to work. If you get lucky or just know your ****, you, too, can save your favorite Macster! You may, like Steve MacDougall, get the opportunity to SAVE YOUR FAVE!!!!

Another thing: Everyone's complaining about how stupid it is that Lindsey was voted off so early (or at all). But that's what makes a Survivor game fun!! The more surreal it is, the more fun it is!! Plus, it's a great honor to Lindsey himself. It's such a bizarre, surreal move on our part (voting him off early) that it's equivalent to Lindsey pushing the sonic envelope with his vision of "Tusk." Don't you see the similarities? Be HAPPY, be EXCITED about the result -- don't fear it! EMBRACE IT!! It's totally NEW WAVE, man. I've provided a NEW immunity question, which many of you should be able to answer -- in fact, there are several correct answers to it.

So, since the guy who was voted off this last round was granted immunity, we move on.

________________

In October 1976, on a press junket to England, Fleetwood Mac were given a party by their record company. The event was held in the Grand Ballroom of London's Intercontinental Hotel, & featured a giant ice carving. What inscription was written on the ice carving? "LOOK AT US NOW"

Name a concert at which exactly four Fleetwood Macsters performed, & one Fleetwood Mac song was performed by a band with none of those four members participating. STEVEMACD CORRECT - CAL JAM 2 - BILLY BURNETTE IMMUNE

How many times since 1975 have members of Fleetwood Mac -- either solo or with the band -- been interviewed by Los Angeles DJ Jim Ladd as part of his syndicated Innerview series? (Two-part interviews with the same guest count as one.) NINE

Name fifteen Fleetwood Mac songs that were played live before the album they were slotted for was released. Pre-tour rehearsals don't count. (Hint: There are probably more than fifteen.)

Wouldn't that mean that Nicks is voted off, SINCE she had the second most votes? If NO ONE is voted off, what's the point?

Well, now I wasn't sure about that. Is that the procedure? The person with the next highest number of votes goes?

I'd be glad to give ol' Stevie the boot, if that's how ya do it!

Also, to answer Steve's question: "Not necessarily performed by Fleetwood Mac"

COME ON, PEOPLE!!! EVERYONE OUGHT TO BE ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER A LIST OF FIFTEEN SONGS THAT WERE PERFORMED LIVE BEFORE BEING PUT ON A FLEETWOOD MAC ALBUM!!! It's easier than you think: but you have to stop to think a bit first. Clear your head of all the yakkity-yak & you will get the answer.

There are probably dozens & dozens of correct answers from which you can choose!

I'm 99.9% certain that the person with the second most votes leaves the contest.

I think that only you, Chili, and Steven are qualified to answer most of these questions. You're making me realize how few tiny trivia facts I actually know about FM.

Okay, that makes sense. So should I remove Stevie from the "in play" group? God, if I do that, no one will finish playing!

Now, Homie, not true! Especially this latest question: anybody here on the ledge would have access to the information needed to answer it -- & many of you shouldn't even need to look it up anywhere. Just think a moment about the various tours & what was played.

RULEZ IS RULEZ! If they don't apply to her, then no other camp should finish playing.
Go review some of the other Survivors. THAT'S the way it works.
