Exclamation ATTN: LA Area Fans ~ FM radio appearance this morning

I just read on the NicksFix, that Stevie, Lindsey & Mick will be appearing on the Uncle Joe Benson Show, on Arrow 93.1, sometime this morning (March 14th).

Nothing like last minute notice.
I hope someone gets to hear it (and, hopefully, record it!).

Joe... apparently it was this morning, as they have this little notation on "Uncle Joe's" page....
"Thanks to Fleetwood Mac's Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and Mick Fleetwood being part of the show this morning!!"

I'm wondering if anyone here even got to hear it.

Mich... I'm not sure if that little "now playing" graphic is functional or not. I left the page up for quite a while last night, while I did other things, and I didn't hear any streaming audio.
So I thought maybe it's just part of their design scheme.

Before they were KODJ, they were KNX-FM...their playlist was SO varied; they played EVERYBODY...from Michael Jackson to Talking Heads to Beatles to Elvis Costello to Tears For Fears to Rolling Stones to Bob Marley to Skynyrd to Jimi Hendrix to Prince to the Allman Bros to Aerosmith to Beach Boys to the Go-Go's to Chuck Berry to Little Feat, etc, etc, etc. Obviously, their "format" (or lack thereof) was their downfall.

Yeah, they were the FM rock & roll side of KNX-AM newsradio.

They were KNX-FM for awhile, I don't recall what their format was before...but they went to the rock & roll "format" around 1982 til about 1985 or 86 (I think)...when they changed the call letters to KODJ, but kept the same format for a few months. I recall them playing the crap out of FMac's Mirage album...they didn't just play "Hold Me" or "Gypsy", they played "Empire State", "Straight Back" & "Eyes Of The World" (probably the only times I heard those songs on the radio). The company I worked for at the time let us crank the tunes in the office (basically so we could drown out the noise of the machine shop in the back), which was pretty cool.
