Canelled my ticketmaster order

I had the same nightmare that everyone else had - got on 2 hours late for Atlantic City, tried and tried and settled for lower level row E. I was almost happy and than later realized row E is really row 30 something! I called ticketmaster, got a supervisor and said keep your tickets. I'll try my luck through the general sale next monday, but for $400 for 2 tickets I'll stay home unless they are closer than row 30 something up in the bleechers
