Thanks for posting!!
Yeah, I think he would've pretty much put up with anything to hold on to her.. which is sad and ironic too, because that very desperation caused the jealousy/obsessiveness which she says caused her to leave.
He's mentioned the song "Anyone Who Had a Heart" written by Burt Bacharach twice.. and how the lyrics so match the music. I think he identifies with it.

Megan

I'm sorry fleetwoodmeg, no luck with this yet. She did quite a few radio interviews in the UK in September when they toured here. I'm thinking it was during one of those. I seem to remember hearing her say it, rather than me reading it. I've checked a couple of things and I can't find it.

Its possible I may come across it at some point, and I'll let you know if I do.

She said it with humour in her voice as if it wasn't a serious statement, but it was still interesting to hear, and its obviously stuck with me.

I'm not seeing it. The link just sends me to the login screen for Mediafire.

I just tried it and it works. It brings you to the folder where the files are.
Can you try again? Maybe Media Fire had some maintenance issues or something.

This should direct you to the same folder: See if this works. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/15y...2030%2C%202013

Don't know what to say, the link is valid and others on Facebook can get to it. Sorry guys. I don't know what else I can do.
Here is a link to GDW to see if that works.
http://www.mediafire.com/listen/od6a...st%20Woman.mp3

Has anyone had any success in getting to the files?

If the link to GDW works, I can post individual links to each song. The link above was to a file folder that had all the songs in it.

Media Fire is picky about how you share links.

Try this one for all the songs.
This should work. Sorry it took me so long to figure out what was going on. I guess there are private and public links. And I guess (I think), if you have a media fire account, you
could still get to it. That is why some could see them and some could not.

Get them while you can because Media Fire messes with the links or redirects after a while, not sure what the deal is.

Here's another view of Say Goodbye, one which focuses more on Lindsey. Forgive the terrible audio quality at times - my friend who recorded it couldn't really make it sound any better and neither could I. Anyway, enjoy the visuals and the heaviness. And the better view of Lindsey being teary and the comforting embrace at the end...

It's one thing to see Stevie so emotional during this song but to see Lindsey teary eyed too? I can't help but wonder what in the hell his wife is thinking.I don't know if I could take my hubby up on stage falling apart over a relationship that supposedly ended 30 years ago.He has probably been telling his wife all that stuff is just for show-if she believes that she must be in a state of complete denial IMO.I have a feeling we're going to be seeing Lindsey in divorce court in the near future.

You know, I don't think so. She knew about this long before she married him… so she either understands or accepts whatever it is. It's possible she thought she could change it or something.. but yeah, without a doubt she had her eyes open.

I'm pretty sure Stevie doesn't even talk to Lindsey when the band's not active, which is more often than not, so it's more likely Stevie poses zero threat to Lindsey's relationship.

I have to say that would surprise me, and very little surprises me with this band anymore.

That said I think the emotion of the video has to do with the Christmas season, John being sick, and the ending of the tour more than romantic love between Lindsey and Stevie. Every time a Fleetwood Mac tour ends, I'd imagine that Stevie (and the others in the band) are standing there wondering if it might be the last time they might be onstage with those people again. Emotions run high with stuff like that, I'd imagine.
