Seriously?!?!?!?! No Peter??? Jeremy??? Danny??? Bob Welch?? Billy Burnette?? Rick Vito??? MICK FLEETWOOD??????????
How can such a poll be taken seriously when it leaves out so many of the names that have made the band great, including 3 of its founding members???!!! My votes, in order: Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Jeremy Spencer, Danny Kirwan, Rick Vito, Billy Burnette, Lindsey Buckingham, Bob Welch.

. Made me laugh, very ironic. And a good answer to those stupid quarrels about polls. Wait, it was ironic, right?
Oh, God yes, post #3. |

Oh come on now. Even if you put all the other dudes in there, even if you mix in the women...it will always be Lindsey for me. Always.

Well, now that we've got Ledgies thinking it isn't, I'm now officially making this a serious poll. My apologies for any inconveniences caused to Ledgies who initially realised the joke and voted in accordance.

Two girls? (This poll is quickly becoming one of the more interesting experiments in the subtle workings of the Ledgie mind.)

you know
back in the day I would have instantly said Lindsay but I have to admit, with a second look John was pretty hot back in the day - I mean really they both had packages that came straight from Santa

Well, even if someone wanted to make a perfect poll about the 'Men of Mac', you can't. There are 13 choices and the poll has a limit of 10!!!!

It's funny that Dave Mason has so much independent recognition and work (before and after Mac), yet even in a serious poll he would probably not get that many more votes than Brunning.
I didn't know who he was, but I became aware of his name before I heard of FM, because I had a Jackson 5 album from like 1972 with Feelin' Alright on it and I was reading the liner notes. It actually had him down with them as writers, but they often would list the performer as a co-writer in those days. Michele Last edited by michelej1; 05-26-2010 at 11:25 AM.. |
