I agree, Down on Rodeo was incredibly moving. I love how lush it sounds and the backing vocals are awesome. DoR and SGCYM were my favorite songs from his Soundstage. (oh and Trouble because I have always liked that one!)

Wink

yeah down on rodeo is definitely the highlight. I like his solo on "Murrow" a lot too even though he ripped off "So Afraid"!!! but, he can do that i guess.

BTW...the DVD IS in widescreen. The notes on the back say 4:3 but it looks to be in 1:85/1.

Yeah that sucks...I thought the idea of a pre-order was to get it before every one else...? At least by a day or so.

Mine came from Amazon yesterday, too. My husband hid it from me so that he could give it to me for my birthday in a few days. I may kill him.

I heard Down On Rodeo for the first time when I watched the show on PBS...truly a beautiful song!

Default Best Buy in Michigan Has Copies

I was disappointed the copy I ordred from PBS was not even shipped on Tuesday. I went out to Best Buy in Novi, Michigan (suburb of Detroit) and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had three copies in stock. I bought one and my niece will get the copy I ordered from PBS as a Christmas gift (assuming that it arrives by December 25).

I'm still waiting for PBS too, Darlene. It's been a while - I still have the Las Vegas shows for you - I'm going to call you tonight!

I just ordered it from Deep Discount DVD for $11.86 with free shipping. Just enter SUPERSALE in the promo code box when you check out. The sale ends 11/19.
