Okay, I was almost puking watching you spin with that pole. I would have been so dizzy... forget about the damn jumping jacks!
You falling over is classic!

My sister and I used to joust using laundry baskets for helmets and brooms for the jousting instrument..it was hilarious!! (guess you had to be there )
