I was pretty ticked about the obvious editing as well....It was building up so much and then there was that snip... I wish they had left it go!

I thought that there was some tension between Carrie and Lindsey but in the end they seemed to be OK. Maybe just nerves.

I sensed that also, but honestly, how well do they even know each other, right? I doubt they run into each other at neighborhood bbq's, and they probably rehearsed no more than a couple of hours. In and out.

He got to NYC Monday evening. They had Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday to rehearse. Not too much time but maybe time enough to know that Lindsey is a control freak.
Lindsey didn't look very happy in the photos from the event either. Maybe he is just not a happy guy.

i was under the same impression.

he's been playing the thing for 30ish years. i don't think he'd sit around and work it out with someone for three days. i sure wouldn't.

and if he didn't practice (all this is hypothetical), the point in going would be that they set you up in plush suites and you hit the town and see other celebs you probably haven't seen since you were in NYC last. a lil elbow rubbin'. heh.

Yeah, I mean Lindsey would be so into elbow rubbin. I guess if it's not on his funds than why not.

EDIT: There was a party on Sept. 5th. Not sure if LB was there but maybe he was invited.
