I heard they're breaking with tradition and bumping all the actors (ie stars) to the end to make people keep watching. Aren't supporting awards usually given out first?

Is everybody else's sound really ****ed up also, or is that just for the international viewers? It sounds really scratchy. They better fix it before Celine hits the stage.
