Default 1978 Rhiannon I'd Never Seen Before

Hey you guys, while browsing Youtube, I found this performance that I don't remember seeing it before, unless I'm going crazy, which could be true. It's in pretty rough shape, but it's still amazing. Does anyone know what show this is from or if it's from something special? Thanks!

I knew you'd love that as much as I do.

And thanks MacMan, that makes sense because I've seen a Second Hand News from Largo '78 too. (Which I will post below because it's nearly as blissful as Rhiannon) I really hope that more of this show surfaces someday, and in better quality. Although I'd take the whole concert in crappy quality over one HQ song anyday really!

Well maybe I'm starting to get Alzheimers... but wasn't Lindsey sporting the beard and 'fro throughout the Rumours tour? I thought he didn't go all "nu wave" on us until 1979 .

I have the whole show on DVD, but the quality is the same as on youtube.

For the 1978 summer tour he was clean shaven.

First of all, thank you for posting that one. I love that crocheted headdress thingie with the feathers she wears. I also checked out "Gold Dust Woman" from the Rumours tour. Wow.. pretty trippy, and with Mick's drumming at the end.. hypnotic.. the whole thing just takes you to another place.

I have 650 live pictures from the Rumours tour but not one of her wearing the white version of the feathered headdress, I guess she preferred the black version.

I always think I have this in my boot collection somewhere only to figure out it's Largo '75. I'm pretty sure it's Largo '78.
Also Lindsey reminds me a bit of Joe Strummer from The Clash in that Second Hand News clip.

I just found this on ThrownDown.net, and I'm downloading now! I will try to the best of my ability to somehow get this uploaded to Youtube. I'm assuming they're the same, '78 Largo, MD is the title.

Default LArgo 1978

Largo 1978 is like gold dust - if you find a clear copy give me a shout.
I have the a copy of the 1978 show - transferred from vhs - but the quality is crap. The band did professionally record the show in 1978 - but a copy has never surfaced. 1975/76 has surfaced but unfortunately 1978 has not.

Yes Lindsey cut the hear for the summer tour - before they went into the studio before recording tusk.

In recent years, 1975 has leaked in clean copy, as have Stevie Nicks videos of the US Festival 2 & Landover 1983. We are all eagerly awaiting clean copies of Fleetwood Mac Landover 1978 & 1979.

Same time Mick did, too. Mick went from orthodox rabbi look at the end of the year 1977 to clean-shaven beard & mustache for the 1978 tour.

I think both Lindsey & Mick -- birds of a feather -- conspiratorially went clean-shaven for the "new Mac."
