The UK show was announced back in 2016 (when I bought my ticket). It's a show supporting Tom Petty in Hyde Park in London (yess, finally after 28 years another Stevie solo show in my part of the world).

I guess the other shows are the announced festivals from the last couple of weeks. So no real new news.

THANK YOU! I guess I was thinking of those as independent "one-offs" as opposed to continuations of the 24k Tour-I see what they mean now.

I wasn't sure if you were serious when you wrote this. Stevie looks just as wonderful as Christine, so if you think Stevie is "too old and shabby for the stage," then you must feel the same way about Christine.

Stevie got some air time promoting this new song on channel 9 this morning, with positive reviews.. They didn't mention a solo tour here in OZ, but FM will be back sometime in the future.

Yes, because you've only stated how you feel about Stevie once.

An Academy Award for best song in a motion picture is actually a possibility. BTW where are people seeing the soundtrack for sale? I can't find it on amazon.

But that award would go to the writers.

The movie looks intriguing. I'm going to see it this weekend. Let's not jump the gun though...if it's a crappy, forgettable film, then it's more than likely there will be no nominations, no matter how awesome the song is. If it's a great film, then it's certainly a possibility.

And Mike, you're right, the award would go to the writers...but wouldn't it be cool to see STEVIE FREAKIN' NICKS perform it live at the Oscars?

Maybe then you'll be able to have an adult conversation. Seriously. Stevie didn't want to give Fleetwood Mac a few more years of her life. GET OVER IT. Obviously the rest of Fleetwood Mac did. She also certainly didn't sing a vocal on a song someone else wrote for a film just to upstage Lindsey and Christine. That's conspiracy theory level thinking. Come down to earth please.
Can someone get you a medal for this? It's mind boggling that all-encompassing camps exist on this forum at all. "I've been betrayed by Stevie", "I hate Lindsey", "THEY came over to OUR side of the forum" blahhhh. We're all fans of the same band and can agree that each member has their ups and downs.

Also I love the new song. Literally just found out about it after getting home from work and it was a great surprise to end the day with

THIS. It's hysterical the Stevie vs BM vs Lindsey vs whatever else that goes down here all the time. They're all a part of the biggest thing that is FLEETWOOD MAC! That's why I can always praise and criticize any single one of them without bias because in the end, my main "camp" is Fleetwood Mac.

Reminds me of a primarily Stevie blog I used to follow that posted lots of great pictures and things of Stevie, but for some reason, whoever was running it had this extreme Stevie bias and an almost comical reaction to anything that could have resembled criticism of her. I remember unfollowing after the BM album was first announced, they had this very weird response like "I'm a Stevie fan so all I care about is Stevie's solo career". And I'm sure you could find things like that on Lindsey and/or Christine fanpages. It's hilarious.
