Hmmm. I guess I'd like to meet you guys... but listening to Rumours? Nahhh....

We could put some change together and try to buy Lindsey into a dutch concert for us.

By the way, wasn't the old fanthing besides Debbie from Jacky? She was a big Christinefan as I remember...

Yes, two girls: Debbie Droog and Jackie... I forgot. They were from The Hague, I think.

I was member of the FM fan club from about 1980 to... 1988?
Somewhere, I have all the magazines from the fan club (I never throw anything away apart from trash). But, Fleetwood Mac wasn't very active from 1982-1987.

Hee Gerald, what about playing covers of Rumours, like Dougal Reed?
And I have a few other covers from Mac songs elsewhere (Patron Saints)

Weblog, well, sounds like a good idea, I don't mind setting one up somewhere. En dan kunnen we ook verder in 't nederlands.. beetje bizar, dit

I remember the names Debbie and Jackie from the Stevie fanclub as well (the Welsh Witch). I have never met any other FM or Stevie fans in the Netherlands (apart from chatting with people at concerts... )
Playing BN all day, sounds fun... I bought the LP recently, but am now looking for a turntable.

For a start: I like the name Dutchain

Just out of curiosity: when was the last time that you (Dutch) went to a FM concert (or any other member's concerts) in the Netherlands or nearby?? Mine was a loooooong time ago, in 1990 (Behind the Mask) in Germany. At the end of the concert they announced that Stevie and Christine weren't going to continue with FM....
I almost went to a US concert of the Mac in 2004 on the East Coast during my travels there, but in the end couldn't plan my trip around it, unfortunately...

Fleetwood Mac: 1994 in Leiden (or was it 95? err.. anyway, with Dave Mason & Bekka Bramlett)
Peter Green & Splinter Group: 1996 Utrecht
Fleetwood Mac: 2003 in London (best one)

Almost went to the 1990 concert in Utrecht, but was on vacation with parents in France at that date. God I hated them for that, haha! But I was a bit young to travel back just for a concert, back then (15).

Also saw Fleetwood Bac a few years ago, *somewhere*... a very small village of which I don't remember the name. But I do remember they were great.

Dutchain? Hmm.. don't know. Can't come up with something else myself, though.

First time Ahoy Rotterdam 1900, Nieuw galgenwaard in Utrecht 1990, last Oberhausen 2003. As older ledgie 1980 the first time was legendary.
´Bout the weblog, Mari great that you wanna do it, and the name??
Its just a suggestion.

EEK. Anyone got a tip which one to use?? I'm knackered now, sorry but it'll have to wait.
Actually Dutchain would look great in the style of one of my oldfashioned crappy nicksfilian banners

Ik had met een krantewijkje genoeg geld voor een jeugdherberg, kaartje, treinkaart en een t-shirt, maar mocht niet van mijn ouders in juni 1980 Ahoy Rotterdam. (ik was veertien).

Dus:

Dortmund 1987 en
Ahoy Rotterdam in 1987,
Utrecht 1990
Groningen 1995
Oberhausen 2003
London 2003
Oklahoma City 2003
Dallas 2003

Stevie Nicks: Rotterdam OSOTMtour(jaartal?)
Peter Green Splintergroup:
In een tent in een gat aan de Belgische kust in ik dacht 1996.
