Castaway - request

With all the new higher quality demos starting to pop up in recent times I thought I'd give this a shot. On the first Uncirculated Rumors bootleg there are two demo versions of Castaway. One is on piano and the other sounds a lot like the ones on the master tapes but I can't help feel that this was done some years before. On one of the master tapes versions she's playing it and mentions that she can't remember the words. And when she plays the chorus she's playing the same chords as the verses, but on the one from UR the chorus has it's own chord progression, she does background vocals herself, the bass is live and not a keyboard sound, and there are more verses. My question is, has a better quality version of this demo ever surfaced. I don't mean a cleaned up copy from the UR record, but rather a better quality recording than the one used on the record. I have am mp3 rip from UR and it's as good as it can get, but could there possibly be a better version than that?

To answer your question, no. No better quality recording of either version of Castaway from UR has surfaced. It seems odd to me, since many of the other tracks have surfaced in higher quality.

There are a handful of Castaway recordings from the master reels that are circulating, and some are quite similar to the UR versions, but none are exact.

Revealing my lack of knowledge here. What is UR? Un-released, or something else?

Uncirculated Rumours, a bootleg 3-LP set from the early 80's.
