I suppose if the frustration I endured last night helped Lindsey shine on Amazon for just a day, it was worth it.

Seriously, Apple makes me so mad and Itunes is like a demon hogging up hard drive space, demanding to be upgraded constantly and causing DRMM nightmares. BUT it is easy to use.

Since all the tracks say "Amazon exclusive MP3" I assume that maybe Lindsey's songs won't be available for download in the United States anywhere else. I'm not sure that was a smart move, if that happens to be the case. Irving? I'd like to meet with you.

yeah, it was smart strategy to have one-day only $3.99 deal.

and, it's oversight that bonus tracks are not available outside US amazon... hopefully they'll fix that.

who knows, maybe your dl doesn't count since you dowloaded track by track instead of the whole album? (running and hiding...)

But seriously don't you think it would count in "Mp3 Downloads," even if it doesn't count in the album category?

Another reason I was upset last night is although I ultimately just put the album in Itunes, I was first trying to use the Amazon cloud and to create a playlist in the cloud, so I could listen to the songs in a particular order. Well, every time I tried to build a cloud playlist, my computer crashed. Michele

i think it does count, just teasing you... sorry about your computer & software troubles.

In the old days, they said that the record (and book) stores would look at Amazon rankings to decide which products to order. If they sold well on Amazon, then they figured that they would sell in the brick and mortar stores, so Amazon popularity would actually increase orders. Today, all of the record and book stores are pretty much gone, so I'm not sure it even matters anymore.

Barnes and Noble is just sitting there lonely, wondering if anyone wants a nook.

I've been reading these threads since 7am this morning. I worked a double today where I surfed the internet (slow day). It has been PAINFUL knowing that this album is literally at my finger tips for only $4.....but I have held on.

I ruined my Gift of Screws experience because of an interview show that previewed a bunch of tracks before the album came out. I ruined my In Your Dreams experience to the Rolling Stone stream that was given to us before the release date. I am staying strong until tomorrow for Seeds we Sow. I cannot even tell you how excited I am to march on down to Newbury Comics to get this CD, grab a coffee, and blast this in my car stereo!

One more night!
