The fact that they have not brought out the album under FM name is probably because they contracted the name to Mick John Stevie and Lindsey in the last decade. Not just for the money: selling records does not smoke their chimney anymore. And the tour is already contracted, that is the moneymaker.

The fact that Stevie does not join in is holding them hostage in being a real Fleetwood Mac with new work.

Don't Forget: they recorded everything with Stevie's voice in mind. It is simply very disappointing that she leaves them hanging. That does not make me hate Stevie, that makes me hate her behaviour. Blerghh.

Not hate but disappointed...frustrated...etc. First of all for me it would have made sense if Stevie simply used the 24 karat songs for the new FM album (they mostly started as FM songs over the years anyway). Had she done that, the album would likely have been out by now. Second for me is 24 Karat was released 2 years ago; how is this a 24 Karat tour? What has she been doing for 2 years! So 2 kicks to the side to the band; it seems obvious where her priorities are. They would naturally prefer to have her, but how long should they wait? Maybe she should just quit the band rather than leave them hanging?

That's interesting, I never new the one and only Buck Lindsey was of German descent. That's cool to know.

May I ask though what exactly is it that Stevie thinks about Europeans? I didn't know she said anything. When did she say what she said?
