Thumbs up

I saw this the other day. I thought it was hilarious. That Kelly can really sing! She is the one true American Idol. I've seen her live twice.

I really like her because she is so talented and down to earth. It's very appealing that she is doesn't have any diva ego or attitude in her. I buy her albums, but I don't listen to them much, since it's a little out of my style. But she has great chops and a genuine, humble personality.

I got interested in her from reading the drama around her second album, My December. She had the balls to pull a power play against Clive Davis. I have a penchant for rooting for the underdogs, and that is generally considered to be her underdog album.

Yes, she is very down to earth. That is what I liked about her from the very start of her career & she hasn't changed. And I liked My December, but it seemed to be panned.

If she's looking for a duet partner, what a better duet partner than Stevie.

I like My December too!

Vanessa Carlton is fine. But Kelly has a strong personality and independent attitude similar to Stevie. I think there could be some chemistry between them.
Have they ever met, or at least spoken about each other?

I've noticed lately that Kelly has put on some weight. Stevie can hook her up with a trainer!

Kelly had a baby last summer, so yes she put on some weight. Her mother-in-law is Reba McEntire, so I guess she has examples of how to stay in shape close to home, if she ever needs them.
