Yesterday the mailman rang the doorbell, and I was confused because we weren't expecting any packages.

And lo and behold, I have 6 boxes, each containing a separate GOS cd. How absolutely spectacular. My fam and a couple friends had a bit of a listening party while we ate dinner, it was amazing. I absolutely love the album, from beginning to end.

I was so excited that I didn't have to wait until Tuesday.

Love Runs Deeper is an amazing song. Just saying...

it was out here in holland on friday the 11th , i had to work so had to wait for saturday to pick up the copy i ordered, luck had i that not due to Bel Air Rain but the dutch equivelent of that ;-), i got home of work earlier (work in an amusement park and there were hardly any visitors to speak of)
so i walked in after an hour trought the pouring rain and soaked to te bone , to collect my copy , it hasn't left my player since, it's getting more brilliant with each listen and couldn't get "did You Miss Me"out of my head all yesterdaynight when i was out in town.
we are lucky with so much new lindsey material in the last few years , including say you will and the live albums

I just collected my copy this morning and I have got as far as Bel Air Rain. I'm really loving it so far, Its a good album. The sound quality is fantastic. I should buy more CD's. I dont like the crappy cardboard CD covers that dont fit properly into my cd holder though. Why dosent it come in a regular jewel case.

Ok Finished it now. The whole CD is brilliant. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Theres no way I can pick a favourite song now.. Underground is possible one of lindseys best songs. I could listen to it over and over.
Bel Air Rain for me sounds great, I didnt think it was as echo'y and reverb'ed as some people have said.

I think Lindseys crazy Laughing spells through Gift of Screws are hilarious and it had me laughing and boping along to it like an idiot.

Treason is kinda like a Springsteen song with Tom Petty playin guitar or something like that, only better.

Great day - is a wonderful opener to the album, sounds kinda tusk'ish with nice little guitar riffs throughout.

Love Runs Deeper, Did you miss me and Right place to Fade are classics they are the 3 main songs I think that really make this album stand out.

It's defo better than Under The Skin - I would give this Album 4.5 out of 5

Thats a big 10-4 there fleetwoodguy79. No Jewel case.
But it has a booklet with some photos, all the lyrics etc etc. And to be honest the case is decent enough.

I was really surprised because our local HMV music shop only ordered 5 copies of it, pretty much because I live in a small enough town and Lindsey as a solo artist is pretty unheard of here in Ireland, or so I thought. I went in to the shop at 9.20 in the morning and all 5 copies had been per-ordered and there were none available to the public. They didn't even make it to the shelves. Luckily I had mine ordered so I was okay.

Those cardboard cases are significantly cheaper than jewel cases.

I just got mine. Reading the thank yous, I like the fact that he put his mother, father, brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews in there. I don't think he's done that before. I knew that Greg had 2 kids from his obituary and I knew his wife was Daryl, but I never knew what Jeff had before.

I thought that was very sweet. His mom was alive when a lot of the GOS songs, like RPTF and WFY, were made. I read once that his mom was extremely proud of his success and talent and would often offer her opinion on his music- he even said something about releasing Soul Drifter because his mom loved it. Does anyone remember reading that?
