Default GOS tour setlist?

So now that the cat is out of the bag sort of with the word fomr the horses mouth that there will be more OOTC songs in this set, let's start speculating on the setlist. I dont think I need to bring up what we all KNOW FOR SURE will be in the set, I.E GYOW, Trouble, Big Love ETC. However, I 'm surious to seee what the opening song in the set will be. I had a discussion with LukeA awhile back about this, and he was very vocal in his disagreemant when I told him what I thought would be a good opening song. I really feel Not Too Late is an EXCELLENT choice. I thought it set the table nicely for the shows on the UTS tour, and i tink it willl for this tour as well. Thoughts? Please feel free to disagree with my choice btw.

Its not that I disagree that NTL would be a good opening song based on its merits- I just think that with the new album coming out, it will most likely be something from the new batch of songs.

All I truely care about hearing is 'Slow Dancing'...But I doubt that'll ever happen

Hopefully he puts in 'Not That Funny' this tour
Maybe even 'Monday Morning'!

Maybe others will disagree but Not Too Late is really tired-sounding for me. It's never really grown on me. I enjoy it a HECK lot more live, but still I would love it if Lindsey would open with something fast with some guitars. I'm dreaming here, but I just like the initial rush that that would more than likely provide.

I'm happy with anything, shoot, the man is releasing another album and touring for goodness sakes. If he comes out there and starts singing the Rainbow Connection I don't think I would be any less thrilled. (But yeah, play a LOT of "Out of the Cradle" cuz I'll be dancing like a teenybopper at a Jonas Brothers concert for sure.)

Going by the Rockline clips I'd like to hear:

Great Day
Time Precious Time
Did You Miss Me
Love Runs Deeper
Gift of Screws

Maybe Underground, but I'd need to hear more than the end of a verse and part of the chorus first. Can't comment on Bel Air Rain or Treason yet.

The rest of the set can be a nice mix of everything else with a healthy dose of OOTC.

I would love to hear Countdown and I'd love it if he ended with Say We'll Meet Again.

Since I'm not familiar with all of the new songs, I don't care which new songs he plays...

Cool

I think Don`t Look Down would be a great opener. It just sounds like it would be a great song to get the show going. Then maybe follow with the soundstage 2003 version of Trouble which was awesome. I would love it if he dropped ISA,BL,GI as I think they are old and stale. I would love to hear Peacekeeper,Murrow,Countdown,I am Waiting,SGCYM.Soul Drifter,All My Sorrows.

I think he opened with that one on his tour way back when (1992?).

I wish he'd do "I Must Go". I don't think he's ever done that live.

Somebody better film this tour (please!).
