It's some Italian guy. I noticed him too.

Then he does some #24karatstevie thing and I'm like "Really, you bash stevie on every post and then you want to get on her page?"

If someone is bashing even this snippet than they were likely never much of a fan to begin with.I can't say this about all the snippets but the 15 seconds of Cathouse Blues is pretty flawless IMHO.
