Trying to figure out some 18 year old kid's last name. He lives in my hometown and a truck driver found a 3 month old boxer puppy that he had hog tied and left in the middle of the road

he is lucky he is in jail right now. I am completely fukcing sick.

There is really nothing more horrifying to me than animal abuse (and child abuse). May he be locked up for years.
