$18.95 is the default price for any single CD when its originally listed on Amazon.com. It was reduced already the other day, anyways.

Down Endless Street? It would fit with the first few lines. (I suddenly can't remember if this was a soundtrack song or something...lol...it wasn't released right??? Wow, Lindseyfan brain fart.)
Down Endless Street was released by FM. Thank goodness. Lindsey doesn't need to go that far back into his past!

So, I'm trying to think whether any of these songs could be "Given Thing," which is one I was hoping for. Doesn't matter, I'm excited about the new songs, whatever they might be.

Oh wow, thank you... LOL, I'm not sure why I was under the impression it was unreleased!!! I just got hold of the MP3 of it not that long ago, had never heard it before, so yah... *gasp* I actually...MISSED something along the lines!!! This is not good!!!

Ah man, I forgot about "Given Thing"....hopefully one of these is it, for sure, because I love that one too! But yes, like you said, totally excited about it regardless!!

Please see the 34 post (and growing) thread that's already on this board about this exact subject.

I don't even understand how that's possible, except that the song is an obvious hit.

Also, so you know, I BELIEVE if you pre-order on Amazon and the price goes down, they charge you ONLY for the reduced price! Since songs go for 99 cents on itunes, they can't really charge much more than that for the CD. I wonder if it will also be released on vinyl. I'd buy that.

Well. . . putting "Steal Your Heart Away" (which had been a OOTC b-side, I believe) on SYW worked rather well (OT: his bestest song on SYW?). I wouldn't complain about a new version of "Down Endless Street," but I agree it seems unlikely.

Actually, I wonder why he didn't include any of the Stones covers: "The Singer Not The Song," "She Smiled Sweetly," and "Gotta Get Away" are magnificent covers. Maybe he'll release one or more of them as b-sides. (Covers make good b-sides.)

Yes, "Underground" and "Treason" are very very intriguing... ooh, does Lindsey get political? Also, another interesting thing to ponder when looking at these song titles: Which songs do y'all think are about CAH's book?

"Bel-Air Rain" seems a hot candidate.

I'm so glad we don't know most of the songs and that there are no Stones covers (even though they are great) because I'd rather have all Lindsey songs.
Besides, now he can do a "covers" album!

Holy Cow I'm excited about this new album. Actually much more than UTS. I really hope its Better than UTS.

I cant be live how much Twist of Fate actually sounds like Right Place to Fade. Hopefully either way thats the song on the new album.

Default Twist of Fate/Right Place to Fade

Anyone else think that the momen Silver Springs/Atlanta happened... one thing led to another and there Lindsey was in the studio saying "gee this feels pretty... wow, I better change the lyrics on this song..."???

I completely respect his right to change a wish that he may have subliminally had in 1995-6 when he wrote that song... to what it may be now.

Then again, it could be an entirely different song.

This whole 'Right Place to Fade' thing has seriously got my hopes up of it actually being Twist of Fate. If however, the 2 turn out to be completely different, I will be clinically depressed for years to come

Likewise with Shuffle Riff/Wanna Wait For You.

Steal Your Heart Away was never a OOTC b-side.

I really think they're the same.
