When she appeared with him on NYE in Nashville in 2020, he did Second Hand News in his set, and she was out singing with him on Love Somebody Like Ewe, and he jumped into playing the Edge riff on guitar in the middle of his song. She just started shaking her head no. She went ahead and sang a chorus of it, which was lame AF without her backup singers, singing the real notes. I've got video of it somewhere.

Found it on YouTube. He starts the riff at 4:40, and she kicks in at 5:20. It actually doesn't sound as bad as I remembered(I live about 4 blocks from where they put on the NYE show, so I was there for it - I mean, it was FREE ).

It is possible- the members all get comp copies, and she was aware of previous rereleases. Except for the fact that she probably got her free copy weeks ago, I would agree with you. Likely laying around in her mansion somewhere lol.

To be fair, I don't think I ever found the "What up with that?" thing very funny, except when Lindsey actually did turn up. Paul Simon is in the background and it's hard to tell if he's admiring Buckingham's fingerpicking or is thinking "hey, isn't that the guy who put Kodachrome into the chorus of Peacekeeper?

If the set list at the last two shows doesn't change, then I'd guess it will be two mainstream cuts, either Stand Back or Edge and Landslide. If she does throw in a new song, then it will be that new song and Landslide.

I respectfully disagree SpyNote! These are "make up" shows so they may get the summer 2024 setlist. She still has two weeks to rehearse after the September 28 show.

We know Stevie told Mike Campbell in 2022 she recorded songs with Greg Kurstin - one called "The Vampire's Wife". Considering the song is 2, maybe 3 years old for all we now - I think she'll perform that and Stand Back so she can do her twirl dance and show the youngin's that she can still move on stage.
