I'm sorry but it's too late! One month ago I had almost all of my shows in lossless format but I had problems with my computer and I had to turn it all to MP3 because my collection has reached colossal proportions and my poor PC can't stand it! Also I didn't want to pay for additional space on mediafire, so at least until I can buy an external memory I have all in MP3 to save space.

I gained a big part of my collection from here, the shows are available both in lossless and MP3 formats, it has been tore down recently because of the fear of piracy but is being rebuilt quite quickly.

Not that I know but that same site had folders organized per album that contained all the demos and the outtakes that the three songwriters had recorded for that album.
So you either wait for them to be reposted or you contact the owner of the site, Mike Bise, from his twitter, google plus or facebook account, you can access to his complete profile from the logo down on the right of the site.
Once he was on this forum but I think he hasn't logged in for a long while.
