That's a good question. Maybe Stevie hadn't yet returned to LA, though?
Dave was in LA at least part of last week, when his sons performed at the Roxy. But are we certain that he went back to Nashville over the weekend, too, when Kaya did? Perhaps he stayed in LA.

Remember the Scarlet oHara Stand Back video. That was really her video for Julia. I can't see her doing a video for Julia in a theatre. Think it's a ballad, not Julia.

Why not? The song Julia was based on a movie of the same name. Filming a music video for it in a theatre would be exceedingly appropriate.

Not that I think Julia is the single, but I digress.

It could be really cool if scenes from the movie were projected onto the screen behind Stevie; very atmospheric.

Mike Bise: This isn't The Ledge, so let's treat everyone with respect. Take what is given at face value, decide for yourself, but please do not hurl accusations at anyone, one way or another.

Mike bise is so dramatic

I love the movie Julie without Stevie's involvement. She travels a long way to save her friend. (Goes to the end of the earth.) It's epic. How will they pull that off in a theater--running up and down the stairs. Also it's a performance piece. That song doesn't fit as an emotional performance piece.

The Fillmore West...

What are the chances that since some of the demos date back to 1969 she if filming in an old theater in an effort to recreate the atmosphere of the old Fillmore West...

How many times has Stevie mentioned "The Fillmore"? Fritz played there...Fleetwood Mac played there...Stevie talks of the days before FM, before she and Lindsey moved to LA with a great fondness...

The stage pic with the red chairs reminds me of the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville. Dave likes that place and it's small and probably unexpected for Stevie to be there so maybe that's where it was taken? The other picture, errr, it's hard to tell. Maybe one picture was taken in LA and one in Nashville?

What is the point of this? Nefarious intentions? It's not that funny, is it?

Awesome to you, but a dubious tease to everyone else. It's not listenable, and holds no value.
